Holiday Weekends:
$245.00 For 3 Nights to be paid in full in advance, full hook up.

Seasonal Site Fee:
Seasonal Rates start at $2,725.00 Electric (metered), Water & Sewer.
$150.00 Winter Storage From November to April.
Monthly Site Fee:

Refund Policy:
Deposit will be refunded if 14 days cancellation notice is given.
Rain check will be issued with 7 - 13 day notice.
No refunds for Holiday Weekends or inclement weather.
Note: Above FEES are for one camping family (four people) per site.
Anyone operating a golf cart must be able to provide proof of insurance.
Sorry but we do not accept credit cards.
Cabins - We do not have rental cabins at this time.
